Questions
How does pricing work?
Every trip is quoted as a fixed, all-in price before you travel, or at an hourly rate when the car is held as directed. Tolls, parking and standard waiting time are included. There is no meter and no surge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup. Land early and we are usually there ahead of you. Give us the airline and flight number when you book and there is nothing further to do.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Vehicles are held in the order they are requested, and summer weekends, holidays, weddings, early tee times and anything involving a coach go first. Travelling today? Call and we will tell you straight away what is available.
Do you cover the North Fork?
Yes — the vineyards, the ferries, Shelter Island and the villages along both forks. More to the point, we go wherever the trip goes: the city, the New Jersey airports, Connecticut, Philadelphia, Boston. Tell us the destination and we will quote it.
Can you handle a wedding or a large group?
Yes. Vans, mini coaches and motor coaches from 14 to 56 passengers, and several vehicles on one schedule for larger groups. One dispatcher runs the whole timeline.
Do you drive to the golf clubs?
Often. Shinnecock Hills, National Golf Links, Sebonack, Maidstone, Atlantic, Friar’s Head and Montauk Downs, along with member-guest weekends and outings. Clubs and bags travel in the SUV or the van, early tee times are normal for us, and the car can wait through the round rather than leaving and coming back.
Are you a limo service?
Yes — a limousine and chauffeur service, which is what most people mean when they search for a Hamptons limo. The name says car and coach because the fleet runs from a single sedan through SUVs and vans to a 56-passenger motor coach, not only stretch limousines.
